  1. Stacy & Charlie. I know what it means to have a service dog I have one it’s such a great thing to have when you’re suffering in PTSD and other issues. I am a Vietnam Veteran who sent you several emails wanting to meet you and get a portrait of Lucy and me. I am Brion Smith an live in Myrtle Beach SC I received your contact information from the Charleston VA. You had no events planned in the area at that time. I sure wish I could meet you and Charlie and get a portrait that would treasure the rest of my life. I hope to hear back from you. Thank You Brion Smith Cell 843 424 2181 Sent from my iPhone
