When Navy Veteran, Jack Adams, arrived at the Virginia Beach USAA location, his wife and him decided they needed to change. Time passed and numerous veterans photographed later, we wondered if we would have the honor to photograph him.
This veteran was worth the wait. We were excited to see Adams when he entered the main lobby dressed in his Command Master Chief uniform which still fit! Adams served 40 years in the Navy, both active duty and reserve.
As a wife of a U.S. Navy submariner, I was in awe to see him in all of his service stripes and metals. From the early 1950’s to the early 1990’s, the military went through leaps and bounds, and he was a part of it.
We thank you, Jack Adams, for your decades of service.
